Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. In a bowl, combine Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the crockpot.
4. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated.
5. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it well to combine with the sauce.
