Description

Easy Apple Cinnamon Bread is a deliciously moist and flavorful quick bread that combines the sweetness of fresh apples with warm cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. Perfect for breakfast or as a comforting snack, this bread has a tender crumb and a lovely aroma that fills the kitchen as it bakes. It is easy to make and pairs wonderfully with a cup of coffee or tea providing a cozy and satisfying treat any time of day


Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 cups sliced mushrooms
– 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 300g pasta
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender. Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink inside.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
