Ingredients
– 1 ½ cups Arborio rice
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– ½ cup cooked chicken, shredded
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan, warm the chicken broth over low heat.
