Instructions
In a food processor blend together feta yogurt olive oil minced garlic lemon juice and black pepper until smooth and creamy

Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly over the warmed flatbreads
Top with cherry tomatoes diced cucumber Kalamata olives roasted red peppers and thinly sliced red onion
Sprinkle fresh parsley and if using chopped mint or dill over the toppings
Drizzle with olive oil and add optional garnishes such as pine nuts microgreens or za’atar
