Ingredients
1 lb salmon filets
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
Remove the skin from the salmon using a sharp knife.
Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and let them sit for 10-15 minutes while preheating the air fryer.
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry the salmon for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even heat.
Serve the cooked salmon topped with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Crispy texture improves if bites are patted dry before air frying
